This innovative summer rug offers horses optimal protection from rain, sun and insects. This multifunctional, anatomically shaped rug with neck cover is made of sturdy 600D breathable polyester and features a waterproof coating, taped seams and a smooth, 190T nylon lining. The underside of the rug is made of 100% polyester mesh with a zebra print design. Scientific studies have revealed that a zebra design attracts fewer flies. The rug features two adjustable front straps, shoulder gussets, elastic insert straps and a tail flap. The neck cover has two Velcro closures at the front with an integrated, stretch panel (waterproof) at the withers that offers the horse extra freedom of movement and comfort. The neck cover can be attached to the halter using three elastic Velcro straps. The wide belly guard with three adjustable surcingles and Velcro straps provides optimum belly protection. The rug features zinc hardware with a matt silver-coloured finish. Machine washable at 30°C.
